formerly Morris Tooling

Bilz Tool was formerly known as Morris Tooling, the name change came into effect from January, 2011. This change has been made as a result of restructuring within our parent group in Germany.

This action will give us the opportunity to confirm our own quality and reliability standards and link them to our well established parent company’s market leading name and position.

Hi-Power Milling Chucks
We have added 'Hi-Power Milling Chucks' to our product line with the following features,
- Very high clamping force leads to increased productivity and tool life.
- Roller bearing design provides high friction resistance.
- High run out accuracy - 5 micron @3D. Less wear on cutting edge leads to significant increase in tool life.
- Excellent finish on machined surface due to less vibration.
- Protected with anti-corrosive coating.
- Perfect seal mechanism of clamping nut, prevents dust and coolant entry, extending the life of the holder.
